Ph.D./ Master degree Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field advanced degree in a related major scientific, engineering, process/manufacturing or materials discipline from an accredited college or university.
10 years of experience in a variety of technical assignments in R&D, Quality and The process within the hygienic absorbent product industry.
Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects within required timeframes.
Strong knowledge and background in insights-driven product development are desired. A demonstrated the ability to develop
customer-preferred solutions. This includes the validation of prototypes with end-users.
Experience with the commercialization process.
