HR Operation Specialist

Job description

The mission of HR Operation Specialist in ZarrinCG would be carrying out activities related to personnel affairs, including personnel contracts, supplementary insurance, administrative letters, etc., from the very beginning of employment until the termination of cooperation in accordance with the relevant instructions and support for personnel needs in this regard.

The core responsibilities include the below tasks:

  • Issuance and renewal of personnel contracts
  •  Compilation of personal files and maintenance of them
  • Control supplementary insurance documents, civil liability, making necessary correspondences and coordination with insurance brokerage
  • Prepare staff internal settlement to be delivered to the payroll department to calculate the settlement and receive a final settlement receipt
  • Receive marriage documents, child birth, death of parents for issuing a gift card
  • Prepare reports and documents required by managers and colleagues 
Job requirments
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Management, social sciences, industrial engineering or other related fields
  • +3 years of experience in related field
  • Proficiency with Labor law
  • Proficiency with MS Office or other HR related software
  • Excellent English skills
  • Strong operational discipline – able to effectively handle time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – able to effectively communicate ideas to internal and external partners of various backgrounds and levels
  • Excellent administrative skills – able to plan, organize, and execute necessary activities to deliver on recruiting needs, with proven attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Collaboration skills – able to effectively work with others of diverse roles, levels, and backgrounds
